What software is being used to watch these webinars? Through a regular browser or one of the Citrix Online products? I’m not familiar although my former office used GoToMyPC which, I believe, only works on Windows. Do any of those come with support for Ubuntu? I have Windows but I prefer if I can watch it over Ubuntu.

All of these programs are delivered live over an interactive collaboration platform like Citrix Go to Training, WebEx or Adobe Connect. There are many platforms available for the purpose of live virtual training. We can provide a collaboration platform or will work with our clients to determine if their platform is suitable for the requirements of our delivery.
